At Zevafy, we make personalization simple and fun. Follow this guide to ensure your custom order comes out exactly the way you imagined.

What Can Be Customized?

Most of our products can be personalized with:

  • 👤 Names — Add a first name, last name, or full name
  • 💬 Messages — A special quote, date, or short message
  • 🔢 Numbers — Jersey numbers, birth years, anniversaries
  • 👨👩👧 Family combinations — Mom, Dad, kids' names together

How to Place a Custom Order

1. Choose your product
Browse our store and select the item you want to personalize. Check the available colors and sizes before proceeding.

2. Enter your personalization details
On the product page, find the "Personalization" text field. Type exactly what you want printed — including correct spelling, capitalization, and spacing.

3. Select size & color
Choose your preferred size and color from the available options.

4. Add to cart & checkout
Review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once your order is placed, our team begins production quickly.

Important Notes

  • ✏️ Double-check your text — We print exactly what you enter. Typos cannot be corrected after production begins.
  • 🔤 Capitalization matters — "JOHN" and "John" will look different on your item.
  • ⏱️ Production time — Custom orders require an additional 1-2 business days for production.
  • 🚫 No returns on custom items — Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error.
